What documents do I need to apply for?
You can apply for the advance payment plan only with your passport (non-Korean) or alien registration card.
I don’t have my passport with me when I applied.

Is it possible to open without a Korean address?
You can make a reservation for your visit, but an address will be required to proceed. If you don’t have one, please consult with us in advance.
Is there anything else I need besides my ID?
Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone that is not carrier-locked. Devices purchased from most telecom companies often have SIM locks, so please check in advance. If your device is locked, make sure to unlock it or prepare a SIM-free device.
What should I do after using it?
You do not need to return the SIM card, so you may simply throw it away.
Can I extend the use?
Yes, some plans can be extended. Please check the product details page for more information.
I’d like to get a refund because my stay has been shortened.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for your convenience or for the unused period of the plan you purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I get a Korean phone number?
Yes, you will receive a genuine Korean phone number starting with 010.
After receiving my Alien Registration Card (ARC), can I link it to my number?
Yes, if you initially registered with your passport, you can re-register using your ARC once it’s issued. (Note: This option isn’t available for minors, as per Korean regulations.) To proceed with the change, please contact our official Facebook page.
What does the 3Mbps speed limit mean?
It’s fast enough for streaming videos and browsing social media apps. However, app-based calls and video calls might be affected. For a smoother experience, we recommend using Wi-Fi or regular calls whenever possible!
Is the service only available in Seoul?
No, our telecom service is available throughout Korea. If you’re planning to study or stay in cities outside Seoul, you’re welcome to purchase our SIM cards too.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
It’s recommended to make a reservation at our Seoul office. If you visit without one, you might need to wait.
Do you offer services in English?
Yes, all consultations at our Seoul office or through our official Facebook are available in English. Our staff is fully fluent.
Can I book a reservation for multiple people?
Yes, you can! Just make sure to register only the representative when booking.

Can I use the phone number I’m using now as it is?
If you are currently using a prepaid SIM card (90 days or more), you will be able to use the phone number transfer service from Day 91.
I’d like to get a refund because my stay has been shortened.
Regarding the plan you purchased, we cannot issue a refund for your convenience. If it is terminated within 6 months (183 days), a penalty of 50,000 won will be charged separately.
Can I get a Korean phone number?

Can I authenticate myself?
The postpaid plan will be opened with an alien registration card, so you can use your personal identification immediately after the contract is completed.
