CALL▶Unlimited(＋300 Minutes Paid Calls)
- You will receive a genuine Korean phone number starting with 010 when ordering a new SIM card.
- Unlimited usage is available only for numbers starting with 010, 070, 080, and landlines.
- Charged calls (TRS (013), national representative numbers (e.g., 158.1577.1899.1666.1345), and personal number services (e.g., 050) will be provided free of charge for 300 minutes (30 days).
Example: For 90 days SIM card: 300 minutes (30 days) + 300 minutes (30 days) + 300 minutes (30 days)
SMS▶Unlimited
- The use of SMS (Text Message) is unlimited.
DATA▶Unlimited(11GB LTE +2GB LTE Daily, Then 3Mbps)
- First an initial total 11GB of 4G speed data is provided and then daily 2GB is provided at 4G speeds, and after exceeding the limit, unlimited data usage is available at a speed of 3Mbps.
- Data use is provided every 30 days.

The extension period is 30 days (1 month), and the extension fee and payment method are as follows.

Please proceed with the extension by the day before the end of use. The procedure is only possible if you are staying in Korea.
You can change the rate plan for each charge. The fare plan is automatically switched every time when the amount of the desired fare plan is settled.
Contract
- Please check the list of supported smartphones to see which devices you plan to use.
- Additional documents are required for the opening of minors (based on Korea), and there may be some restrictions on their use. Please contact the official line before making a reservation.
- If you wish to sign a contract with an ID card other than Japanese nationality, additional documents are required, and there may be some restrictions on the use. Please contact the official line before making a reservation.
- The package fee includes the plan fee, the SIM card issue fee, and the communication opening fee. Refunds and returns are not allowed after the opening is completed.
- You can use the advance payment plan only with your passport or alien registration card.
- International calls are not available. Please purchase a charge card for international calls separately.
- In the case of a contract under the name of an alien registration card, please note that you will not be able to extend your use or proceed with each procedure along with the expiration date of your alien registration card or visa. If your visa has been extended, please contact the official line immediately as you will need to extend your SIM card usage period.
- Please prepare a device with SIM-free settings. SIM-free devices are not available. Please contact the store where you purchased the device for instructions on how to set it up.
- Due to restrictions on foreign communication lines, multiple contracts under the same name are not possible. Please be careful if you use a SIM card other than ours.
- You don’t need to go through the procedures when you cancel the contract. Please dispose of the SIM card.
- We will sign a SIM card opening contract based on the information you gave us, so please be careful not to make a typo. Please understand that we are not responsible for any errors in the information you gave us or problems caused by faulty devices.
Ｓuspension
- The SIM card is available in Korea, and the SIM card you are using under the name of your passport will be automatically canceled when you leave Korea. We cannot refund for the rest of the period.
Personal Identification
- If you sign a contract with an alien registration card, you can use 본인증증 (adults only in Korea).
- You can change the name of your passport to the name of your alien registration card (minors cannot use it based on Korean standards). You can use the same phone number.
- In the case of foreigners’ names, they may not be available in accordance with Korean law or the terms of use of the website.

- What documents do I need to apply for?
- You can apply for the prepaid plan with just your passport (non-Korean) or alien registration card.
- I don’t have my passport with me.
- A passport is required to complete the application process, so please make sure to have it ready.
- Is it possible to open without a Korean address?
- You can make a reservation for a visit, but an address will be required to complete the process. If you don’t have an address, please consult with us beforehand.
- Do I need anything else besides my ID?
- Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone that is not carrier-locked. Devices purchased from Japanese telecom companies often have SIM locks, so please check in advance. If your device is locked, make sure to unlock it or prepare a SIM-free device.
- What should I do after I finish using it?
- You do not need to return the SIM card so you can simply throw it away.
- Can I extend the usage period?
- Yes, some plans can be extended. Please check the product details page for more information.
- I’d like to get a refund because my stay has been shortened.
- Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for your convenience or for the unused period of the plan you purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
- Can I get a Korean phone number?
- Yes, you will receive a genuine Korean phone number starting with 010.
- After receiving my Alien Registration Card (ARC), can I link it to my number?
- Yes, if you initially registered with your passport, you can re-register using your ARC once it’s issued. (Note: This option isn’t available for minors, as per Korean regulations.) To proceed with the change, please contact our official Facebook page.
- What does the 3Mbps speed limit mean?
- It’s fast enough for streaming videos and browsing social media apps. However, app-based calls and video calls might be affected. For a smoother experience, we recommend using Wi-Fi or regular calls whenever possible!
- Is the service only available in Seoul?
- No, our telecom service is available throughout Korea. If you’re planning to study or stay in cities outside Seoul, you’re welcome to purchase our SIM cards too.
- Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
- It’s recommended to make a reservation at our Seoul office. If you visit without one, you might need to wait.
- Do you offer services in English?
- All consultations on Seoul office or official Facebook are available in English. Our staff is completely fluent in English.
- Can I book a reservation for multiple people?
- Yes, you can! Just make sure to register only the representative when booking.
