※If you are a minor (Korean standard) or want to sign a contract with a Korean passport or ID card, we have other documents to submit. Please check the official Facebook before you visit. The preparation documents vary depending on the type and situation of VISA, so please consult with us as soon as possible.

※In the case of credit card payment, a 5% payment fee will be charged.
As soon as we receive a message from the carrier that the audit has been completed, we will set the initial settings. Please bring the smartphone device that you plan to use when you ask the staff to set up the initial settings.
The prepaid plan is expected to take 15-30 minutes and the postpaid plan is expected to take more than an hour (you can go outside in the mean time), so please make sure you have enough time when you come.
Linking to an alien registration card
The SIM card registered under the name of the passport can be changed to an alien registration card at a later date. You can use this certification service by registering your alien registration card. The change will not change the contract plan or phone number. If you are using our SIM card, you can change it for free!

Plan extension procedure
The prepaid SIM plan allows you to extend the contract even after the package contract expires. However, the extension fee is the basic fee for each plan. Extension procedures can be easily completed online.

- What documents do I need to apply for?
- You can apply for the prepaid plan with just your passport (non-Korean) or alien registration card.
- I don’t have my passport with me.
- A passport is required to complete the application process, so please make sure to have it ready.
- Is it possible to open without a Korean address?
- You can make a reservation for a visit, but an address will be required to complete the process. If you don’t have an address, please consult with us beforehand.
- Do I need anything else besides my ID?
- Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone that is not carrier-locked. Devices purchased from Japanese telecom companies often have SIM locks, so please check in advance. If your device is locked, make sure to unlock it or prepare a SIM-free device.
- What should I do after I finish using it?
- You do not need to return the SIM card so you can simply throw it away.
- Can I extend the usage period?
- Yes, some plans can be extended. Please check the product details page for more information.
- I’d like to get a refund because my stay has been shortened.
- Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for your convenience or for the unused period of the plan you purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
- Can I get a Korean phone number?
- Yes, you will receive a genuine Korean phone number starting with 010.
- After receiving my Alien Registration Card (ARC), can I link it to my number?
- Yes, if you initially registered with your passport, you can re-register using your ARC once it’s issued. (Note: This option isn’t available for minors, as per Korean regulations.) To proceed with the change, please contact our official Facebook page.
- What does the 3Mbps speed limit mean?
- It’s fast enough for streaming videos and browsing social media apps. However, app-based calls and video calls might be affected. For a smoother experience, we recommend using Wi-Fi or regular calls whenever possible!
- Is the service only available in Seoul?
- No, our telecom service is available throughout Korea. If you’re planning to study or stay in cities outside Seoul, you’re welcome to purchase our SIM cards too.
- Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
- It’s recommended to make a reservation at our Seoul office. If you visit without one, you might need to wait.
- Do you offer services in English?
- All consultations on Seoul office or official Facebook are available in English. Our staff is completely fluent in English.
- Can I book a reservation for multiple people?
- Yes, you can! Just make sure to register only the representative when booking.
- I’d like to book a same-day reservation, but the web page won’t let me.
- Please reach out to our official Facebook page to make a same-day reservation.

- An alien registration card is required to complete the application process, so please make sure you have it ready.

- Regarding the plan you purchased, we cannot issue a refund for your convenience. If it is terminated within 6 months (183 days), a penalty of 50,000 won will be charged separately.
